My husband is from western New York and we used to visit once a year from California and would buy Piccalilli from a local produce stand. When that went out of business 20 years ago, we searched for a replacement - some were too spicy, some were not the right texture, but we found this Piccalilli in another western New York produce stand this year and I bought 3 jars and it's so perfect with so many things.
