Spicy Chicken and Jalapeno Pizza

Crust
  • ½ tbsp. yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 ¼ cup flour
Chicken
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • ¾ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth
Toppings
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • ½ cup gouda cheese, freshly shredded
  • Byler's Relish House Bread and Butter Jalapeños, to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine warm water and yeast. Allow mixture to proof for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, salt, oil, and flour. Knead dough until smooth. Cover and place in a warm area to rise.
  4. Slice chicken breasts in half. Add chicken and spices to a saucepan. Add enough chicken broth to cover chicken completely. Cook over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and chunk chicken.
  5. Lightly grease a pizza pan. Shape dough to evenly cover pan. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Spread mozzarella, cheddar, and gouda cheese over pizza. Add chicken. Top with Bread and Butter Jalapeños, to taste.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired crispness is reached.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
