- 1 16 oz. jar of Byler’s Relish House Pickled Beets, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Spinach
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. Byler’s Relish House Pickled Beet brine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
