Garlic Pork Chops

- 4 pork chops
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¾ cup juice from Byler’s Relish House Pickled Garlic
- Byler’s Relish House Pickled Garlic gloves, chopped (desired amount)
- Black pepper to taste
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic juice, chopped garlic cloves, and pepper. Pour over pork chops. Soak in brine for 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes or until tender. Do not overbake.
- Serve and enjoy!
