Ingredients
  • Byler's Shredded Peppers or Hot Shredded Peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salsa or fresh diced tomatoes
Directions
  1. Pour preferred amount of shredded peppers into skillet. Add eggs.
  2. Cook over medium heat until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Fill tortilla with eggs, peppers, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. Roll up and garnish with more cheese.
