Back Order Policy

If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you to address the problem and work out an appropriate agreement.

Shipping and Handling Policy

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days using FedEx SmartPost or Home Delivery.

  • FedEx SmartPost delivers typically in 2-7 business days, based on the distance to the shipping address. SmartPost uses the FedEx distribution centers and USPS for delivery to your location.
  • FedEx Home Delivery delivers within 1-5 business days, again depending on distance to the shipping address.

If your order includes...

  • 1-4 items: Choose between FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Home Delivery for faster delivery of your order.
  • 5-12 items: FedEx calculates discounted delivery rates for Home Delivery.
  • 12+ items: FedEx calculates discounted delivery rates on separate shipments of 12 items per box.

Damaged Goods Policy

Our products are packaged to ship safely. Very rarely damage may occur. If your product is damaged in shipping please contact us at sales@relishandjam.com and replacement will be made.
